Where can I have Warranty services?

The distributor or retailer who deals with your drive is responsible for the warranty services, and any claims related to warranty issue should be handle between the distributor/retailer and end users. Fujitsu Japan gives their warranty only to the drives sold under a purchasing contract directly with Fujitsu Japan.

Where can I get repair services?

Please try to contact the distributor/retailer who sold the drive. If more specific service is required, please contact Sales & Support Offices in your local area.
