I purchased a dvd from you not too long ago. The item number is:XXXXXX and the title of the dvd is Daylight - DTS . Clearly on the website it has been stated that there is supposed to be a DTS sound system. But, upon trying the dvd, it is absent. I hope you can look into this matter as soon as possible.

am checking with our fulfillment center to determine if this is an
isolated problem or perhaps a problem with the entire shipment of
these DVD's.

point, you can return the item for a full refund or we can send you a
replacement at no extra cost to you. If you would like a
replacement, you may wish to wait until I contact you again once I
hear from our fulfillment center to make sure that you do receive the
DTS version.
We will contact you again in 1-2 business days with information from
the fulfillment center.
If you do wish to return the item at this time for a refund, you may
return most items sold by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return
is a result of our rror.
