我遇過這問題多次
都是用Norton System Works 2003裡的Norton AntiVirus 2003所產生的
有剛裝好Norton System Works 2003全部
Norton AntiVirus 2003馬上就顯示說產生內部嚴重錯誤(Norton System Works 2002版的也會)
用Norton System Works裡的Norton AntiVirus 2003獨立安裝也是一樣
可是如果用獨立的沒與Norton System Works弄在一起賣的Norton AntiVirus就不會有問題(上一版的也是)
而且只有在OS是WinXP裡才發生
W2K與ME不會有這種情形
我的ME裡裝有McAfee.Norton AntiVirus.PC-cillin.eTrust EZ Antivirus
四種防毒軟體都正常
