卡(有些也是委託代工廠做的),在維修備料上一定都會有庫存,可是我真的很懷疑,如果是ELSA現在出貨的新一代產品時,(都是委託寶聯.旌宇.AOPEN...代工的)紛紛改回一或3年保固(不敢再喊6年了),所以說其實現在晶片替換率那麼快,我覺得應該每一家都會加強服務吧!我認為應該重新考驗各家維修的速度再來考量是否"真的替我們使用者應享的滿意服務"的廠商來真的嘉獎一番才是正確的~~~~!
我認為現在是重新再評估各家的維修實力的時候了~~~~!不然真的對很多家用心的廠商是很不公平的~~~各位認為ㄋ~~?

我不是elsa死忠派的，
不過elsa保固仍然是維持六年；但書是要一定等級以上的卡
太低階的卡就沒這種好康
例如517(mx440)和511(mx400)都是在上市時就是相對低階的卡
所以保固只有三年
其他依然是6年
沒有品牌崇拜，下面是之前說過一次的感想：

這次送修是用郵寄的卻不到24小時就回來我身邊
每一個user的時間都是寶貴的…
希望硬體廠商都能體會這一點
不要覺得送修拖個一週兩週是很正常的
elsa是個好榜樣
