Actually, in my case, whey I got my Rambo Trilogy, the package was damaged. So I called them and they sent me a return address label. I used the return address label to send it back to DDD (DDD pays for the return shipping). DDD then shipped me another Rambo Trilogy. So I am very satisfied with their service
