英文不太好, 拿原作的改寫一下, 盡一份自己的心力...

Dear Sirs,

After weeks of my second DC survey, I finally chose your professional product, Canon PowerShot G3. Although it is REALLY a perfect product I have ever seen, however, I found its language is not for the people who use Traditional Chinese. Maybe you don't realize that Simplified Chinese to all the customers of Taiwan, R.O.C. is quite difficult. The Traditional Chinese & Simplified Chinese are quite different. alghough both of them are called "Chinese"....

For the marketing consideration, it may be convenient to develop one Chinese User Interface for covering all the Chinese markets, such as Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong...,etc. However, this policy is quite unreasonable. And....it hurts all Taiwan customers' heart and respect deeply.

Could you realize the mood we feel? We buy your products, and we need you respects. We don't want the Simplified Chinese, truly speaking, it's not easy for us to realize the meaning of certain words or phrases. Even more, the meaning of some Simplified Chinese words/pharases are ridiculous for the people in Taiwan. Traiditional Chinese is NOT equal to Simplified Chinese. Hope you could really understand the inconveniences.

And now, could we expect to gain the coming firmware to update our product in the near future? I do look forward to seeing your efforts on it, for all the loyal customers in Taiwan, R.O.C.
