PGC的老問題，用IFOEdit去改
先用IFOEdit開原始的VTS_01_0.IFO，展開VTS_PGCITI，選VTS_PGC_1，IFOEdit右上的Subtitle Color選copy colors from this PGC﹔再打開新產生的VTS_01_0.IFO，找到VTS_PGC_1，在Subtitle Color選paste colors into this PGC，save。
