反正這些法還不是立來好看的...立完公佈後...抓幾個衰鬼來罰個錢就沒事了...
就算法令通過了...難道廠商就真的出不能改區碼的DVD player 嘛???
現在每一台DVD player 都說自己只能看R3的...但是還是都能改區碼...
而美國自己也在賣全區的DVD player ... 
唉...沒辦法...誰叫我們是小國呢...
反正這種消息...看看笑笑就算了...
