Panasonic 發表 20 吋 4K 解析度平板

Panasonic 剛在 CES 的開幕記者會上丟下了這顆「重」磅炸彈，一台 20 吋，4K 解析度的 Windows 8 平板。據現場的主場編輯描述，它看起來和照片沒有兩樣，並且支援觸控和筆電。相關資料 Panasonic 公佈的不多，但機器似乎展場有，所以我們會盡快為大家取得更詳細的相關資訊的！

Panasonic 剛剛才發佈完，這款 20 吋的 4K 平板便已出現在我們眼前了。這款運行 Windows 8 的平板雖然仍是樣機，但它看過去很完整，沒有任何不完善的地方，還像量產的一樣，並不像臨時湊合的東西。對於它的規格，我們所知的不多，只是我們可以跟大家說它有著一個令人訝異的螢幕，而且配備了前置鏡頭（也許是 200 萬像素）、Windows 8 的主按鍵和使用 Intel Core i5 處理器。外連方面則有 microUSB、microSD 及幾乎是必備的 Wi-Fi，而續航能力現在得知的是大概有兩個小時左右，更多的資訊也就請看我們中文版的編輯待會是否有機會動眼看到它囉！

開展第一件事，我們就衝到了 Panasonic 的攤位，親眼看看這台驚人的 4K 解析度 20 吋平板。20 吋真的是相當的大，雖然身為平板，但很難想像有人真的可以拿著它四處帶著使用，現場的 Demo 也都是放在桌子上的使用情境。規格上，這台平板電腦的三圍分別是 47.5cm、33.3cm 和 10.1mm，重 2.4kg，配備 3,840 x 2,560 解析度的面板，畫素密度高達 230ppi。其他硬體部份，它搭載了 Core i5-3427U 處理器、4GB 記憶體、128GB SSD 和「Nvidia 顯示晶片」，但沒有明說是哪一顆。外觀上，上側是兩個喇叭；右側上部有電源、音量、螢幕鎖等按鍵；右側下部有一個 Micro-USB、一個 micro-SDXC 和電源；左側則是電池、SD 卡、硬碟、充電等的指示燈。據 Panasonic 表示，裡面的兩顆電池一共可以兩個小時的時間。

現在的趨勢是把AIO做成平板帶來帶去嗎？

Asus announces Transformer AIO desktop hybrid

The Transformers just keep rolling out from Asus. This time, in the form of an all-in-one (AIO) Windows 8 PC that is a desktop/tablet hybrid.

As a whole, the AIO runs on third-gen Intel processors and Nvidia discrete graphics. There's also Asus' SonicMaster audio technology for those who want a more immersive listening experience.

However, undock the 18.4-inch full-HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) IPS display from the base station and it doubles as a gigantic tablet. The standalone tablet, powered by an Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Yet, if you so desire, you can still access the Windows 8 desktop via a wireless connection.

Asus has made it convenient though, saying in its press release that an integrated handle "makes it easy to carry the tablet from room to room and a built-in stand keeps the display at the perfect angle for tabletop use". But this new convertible form factor--and usage scenario--has us wondering whether it's practical.

According to CNET, a Core i3 version will start at US$1,299 in the US. Asus hasn't released much information about battery life or other details yet, but we do know that the AIO will be available from Q1 this year.

Besides the Transformer AIO, Asus has also announced an Android-based media streamer, the Qube with Google TV. The boxy entertainment device is also equipped with voice search and motion control for games. So far, the Qube is slated for the US from late Q1 this year, so you may not be seeing it in Asia anytime soon.
