英國的法官 Colin Birss 說： "Galaxy tablet 沒有像 iPad 一樣的簡潔的設計，不像 iPad 那樣酷。消費者應該是不會把這兩個商品混淆"... 並且說蘋果有 21 天可以抗告

這樣講蘋果根本沒辦法繼續抗告，會被宣傳成蘋果認為 Galaxy 跟 iPad 一樣酷∼
然後雖然 Galaxy 可以繼續賣，但是被英國法院官方認定不如 iPad 那樣酷 :laugh:

老實說以紅茶店的這種產品品質 連我這討厭韓國的 都不會考慮買他的東西~~

hTC應該短期不會跳進去玩平板了吧
flyer就已經讓他清庫存清很久才賣完，而且銷量少到連軟體升級都不做了...
平板team應該已經猴孫散了，三星應該很感激hTC幫他開啟note系列大門 :flash:
