We have received your inquiry about upgrading your Belkin device. Below is the official feedback from the technical department of Belkin Asia Pacific Ltd. regarding your inquiry:

"As this user's device version is v4. It uses different hardware platform with v5. Therefore the device can't be updated into v5 firmware directly." (這段是我的問題)

As for the operation of Belkin in Taiwan, indeed we don't have any legal entity in Taiwan for now. All questions and handled by the Asia Pacific Ltd. located in Hong Kong. You can look up to our website and leave your message. We are happy to assist you if you had further quesitons.
