英文寫成
There is one thing must confirmed with you.

請問這樣寫正確嗎?

看到有人這樣寫，可是有人說文法不對

這樣寫會不會好一點?

I must confirm something with you.

I need to confirm one thing with you
One thing I need (have) to confrim with you.
we must check one thing.

文法上，好像是must (be) confirmed吧…我不知道口語中的習慣是否可以省略。

提到口語，直接說One more thing,似乎會較為簡潔。

We need to get one thing straighten out.

There is one thing that must be confirmed with you.

There is one thing which needs to be confirmed by you.
or
There is one thing needing to be confirmed by you.

你這樣變成有"一件事"必須跟你確認
少了跟"你"確認的對象
題目雖然是"有件事必須和你確認"
但你要把他想成"我有件事必須和你確認"
這樣比較容易寫出來
試著寫成
There is one thing that I must confirm with you.
