麻煩個位大大幫我翻一下

前幾天因為DVD片單的問題，寫信給TAU，今天他回信的內容有一些看不懂，麻煩個位大大幫我翻一下，謝謝。
而之前寫信給TAU內容，大致上是說一部名叫LAST OF THE MOHICANS (1992)，因為沒仔細看內容結果訂錯了。我要訂的是有DTS的片子（價格為27.95 CA），而訂錯的那一部是沒DTS的片子（價格為19.99 CA）（如需要回信那該怎樣寫！）。

Dear Sir,

We do apologize but your order has already been processed and dispatched,
if you do not wish to keep the copy of 'Last Of The Mohicans' please just
return it to us and we can either credit a future order or provide a refund
for it upon receipt. If there is anything else please contact us at anytime.

我看完這封信
其中最重要的意思是
〞我自己的英文要多加強些〞:D

大意是說他們已經幫您寄出了，所以無法改訂單囉!!!

如果你真的不要的話可以在收到後再寄還給他們、而他們會在收到你的退貨之後將錢退還給你or將金額在下一次訂單中抵用...

應該是這樣吧!!!:D:D

如果泥決定退回重訂的話:

Please be advised I will return the title "Last of the Mohicants" which I have miss-ordered. When it reached please refund to my credit card while I will place another new order for the correct one.(請他退錢) 或 When it reached please credit to my new order no.xxxxxxx dated Feb xx 2002 which I placed for the correct one.(請他把錢轉到另一筆訂單)
