Intel® 946GZ Express Chipset ?? 跟 P965 有何不同ㄚ
 

不小心發現了一片Intel自家生產的主機板 , 居然是 946GZ 晶片組
但是主要規格看了半天卻看不出跟 P965 有何不同
目前各大主機板商似乎也沒有這一線的產品

946家族包括946PL及946GZ只支援800MHz FSB的處理器，包括Prescott、Smithfield、CedarMill、Presler及Conroe 800MHz FSB版本

記憶體方面將最高支援DDR-2，但卻只支援2 DIMM記憶體插槽，最高支援容量為4GB，顯示插槽為PCI-Express X16

946GZ版本繪圖核心保持為GMA950而非第四代新核心，而南橋將只能採用ICH7而不能使用最新的ICH8。

華碩有出946GZ的產品..名為P5B-MX/WiFi-AP

那不就跟 Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 是絕配

省錢又不落伍的文書機 , 有必要的話還可升級好一點的 video card 玩玩簡單的 3D game

可是...重點是.............台灣沒賣阿......... :stupefy:

這晶片組的PCI-ex16好像是x4頻寬
怪不得市面上很少見

915GL跟945GZ是這樣啦，946GZ應該就不是了，
只是壓低外頻的支援而已；後面好像還有個945GC，
記憶體最大砍到剩2Gb••• :jolin:

我正在使用INTEL 946GZIS這張主機板，FSB支援1066/800/533，並不是只支援到800...所以，要上E6*00系列的CPU是沒問題的

除了 4 GB of DDR2 667 , 顯示晶片為 Graphics Media Accelerator 3000 之外
基本跟 G965 功能相差極小
真不知這兩片的市場定為該如何劃分 ? 售價相差 40 加幣 (1100台幣)
