ATI TV WONDER no sound! Please Help!
 

There is no problem to see the tv picture in win98SE.
but, just no sound!
Even,
There is a Audio Out on the card that can to plug into Line In in sound card. And this Audio Out has no sound out!!
could any body tell me what's wrong?

Mother board: Asus SiS 630 E AGPset
Video card and sound card are on board.

會不會是你的音效設成了靜音,選螢幕右下的小喇叭,看看是不是有些設定設成了靜音,像LINE IN之類的.

No.
I turn everthing on and max.
aux in, cd, line in ...
when I play other movie, the sound is ok.
Only on TV, no sound at all.
I have connected all the cables.
CD to TV card to Sound card
and TV card Audio Out to Sound Card Line in
no use

Dscaler Works! but, stero sound...
 

A lot of time study almost all the messages on this board.
Dscaler can work in Win98SE and Win2K. But, when I turn the sound to stero, a lot of NOISE.
Anyway, the picture quality and mono sound are just brilliant.
Still working on MMC7.1, but powervcr can work in WIN98SE.
I don't know what's wrong with my win2k. I cannot install DX8.1 and service pack 2, whenever startup, it says disk inaccessible in a blue screen.

I installed MMC7.1 without DX8.0 in Win2K.
Then installed WinDvr and the DX8.0 within it (no problem!).
Now everything is GREAT!
Except that no sound when start second time (At the very beginning.)

Then, start DScaler first and then MMC TV. There's no problem any more!
Now I don't need DScaler (which has noise in stero mode), MMC7.1 just works fine no matter start first time or second time.

why I cannot choose Closed Caption? It is grey.
My version is 1.5
