amazon的e-mail是那一個啊?
我在amazon買的dvd還沒寄來,也超過一個多月了,可是他的網站上找不到詢問的
e-mail address,用他們ship-confirm及auto-confirm回寄都被退回,我要怎麼問啊 困擾ㄋㄟ!!!! |
選右上角 HELP
進去後選 "Still Need Help? Contact Customer Service" 下面的 "General Questions" 畫面中間就會有一個 E-mail us 的圖樣.. :) |
