Buy P4 system

I am helping my uncle to setup a P4 system for desktop publishing and graphics processing. It must be a stable system and overclock is not required. I need suggetions from you all for following Item.

P4 Processor speed
Mainboard (built in sound, use RDRAM or DDR, and support USB 2.0)
RAM
Display Card (mainly for graphic processing)
Network Card (10/100)

MAINBOARD -- GIGABYTE GA-8ITX (RAMBUS*4.AC97 SOUND.USB*2)
GRAPHIC CARD -- FOR 2D==>MATROX G SERIES
FOR 3D==>NVIDIA GTS PRO (cheap and worth)
