IE連不上

點了IE的圖之後出現這個東西
圖...
請問為什麼會這樣.呢

[工具]→[資料夾選項]→[檔案類型]，找副檔名是[html]的→[變更]→…………收工。

所有的時間均為GMT +8。現在的時間是03:22 PM.
