曾經聲名顯赫的Diamond在出售給S3後就開始走下坡路，大約兩年前Best Data收購了Diamond，但是卻一直在業界悄然無聲，但是最近Diamond大動作頻頻，先是發佈Radeon X1K顯卡重返高端顯卡市場，而今Diamond又宣佈將重返聲卡市場，希望曾以MX300經典聲卡聞名於世的Diamond MM能重煥青春。

Diamond宣佈的聲卡產品有兩款，分別是Diamond XtremeSound - 7.1/24 bit聲卡和具備Dolby Digital Live功能的Diamond Xtreme Sound - 7.1/24 bit聲卡。顧名思義，Xtreme Sound系列聲卡支持Dolby 7.1聲道環繞立體聲，支持96K/24bit回放，另外還支持EAX 2.0和A3D音效。而支持DDL功能的XtremeSound聲卡更是可以讓遊戲玩家體驗到震撼人心的音效，在普通PC上欣賞到家庭影院般的夢幻效果。

根據Dimaond透漏，Xtreme Sound 7.1聲卡建議零售價為$29.95，而高端的Xtreme Sound 7.1 DDL聲卡建議零售價為$59.95。

最近想買一張有這個功能的卡,觀望中..

重點是台灣不知道買不買的到呀
