Revision History Version : 2.01. 2001/11/01 Fixed bug : If a movie is encoded under the condition that "1" is set for Quantize matrix of non-intrablock, block noise were produced at heavy motion scene. Fixed bug : audio was not encoded properly if L3E.EXE was used as external encoder. Fixed bug : Some of TMPGEnc Project files (.tpr) were not able to be opened through VFAPI. |
