These are the VGM2 video codecs for Win32.

Copy all the included files to %WINDOWS%\System32, then run from a command prompt or the run dialog:

regsrv32 vgmaudiodecx.ax
regsrv32 vgmsplt.ax
regsrv32 vgmv2k2dx.ax
regsrv32 vgmbgr.ax
You can also get all these files in one ZIP file, along with the corresponding GPG signature.
