Can anyone give me some input about this Canadian Co? Like customer service rating, etc. Thank you.

Yes, I checked already, but not what I need. My main concern is their service rating.
Ex. Do they charge your C.C. @ order time or @ Shipping time?
How do they package the DVD when they ship? Double bag or box? Bubble bag? or just plain bag?

說下我自己經驗好了。因為我買的量不多，所以收到的包裝都是用氣泡袋寄來的。

另外從下單到收到片子，期間大約20天左右。

right now they provide free shipping to anywhere in the world,

and...if you are ordering rare/OOS dvds, you have to wait a long time (~a month) because their warehouse is small and have to order dvd directly from studios.
For popular titles/pre-releases, i usually get them before the release date. (they ship from Montreal and im in T.O)

從下單到寄出，等待的時間從一星期到四星期都有。
一旦寄出，從寄出到收到，約七天至十天。
我的收件處是辦公室，如果經過一次週末，那就是七天；
如果跨兩個週末，那就是十天。

樓上住在加拿大的網友，還可以上加拿大郵局網站查詢郵件。

Thanks. That is what I'm afraid of. I'll have 2nd thought about this Co. A good Co. should charge your C.C. @shipping date like Amazon. Well, I think I'll try DDD 1st. They give 20% off this week.
