控制台問題

就是我打開控制台
結果不能打開
他出現這樣的訊息

to enable the advanced sound effect for gaming,please make sure the stting of hardware Acceleration is "full",The directory is asbelow :control panel→multimadia(win9/sound&multmadia(win200,me)/sound&Audio device(winXP)→Audio→Playback/Advance→Performance→Hardware Accleration.

請問市怎麼回事??
