大家好,昨天好不容易收到從AMAZON寄來的AKIRA,但沒想到片子在運送過程中從卡榫脫落,導致片子在鐵盒內嚴重刮傷無法順利撥放完成,因為本人英文很破,可否請高手幫我寫一封此經過的英文信讓我參考,我想寄給AMAZON請他們處理,順便想問他們舊片是否要寄回?謝謝大家!!!

修正：I'm sorry to find the tin case had scratched the disc surface so that the disc was severely damaged and cannot be played.
