Kundun R2 Special Edition

Great news for Scorsese fans in Region 2: a new 2-disc DVD release of his grossly underrated film Kundun is coming this August, featuring Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 sound mixes and numerous great extras (see below for specs). The new anamorphic transfer should finally do justice to the film's much-praised cinematography, and will no doubt represent a vast improvement over the non-anamorphic bare-bones editions currently available for both Region 1 and Region 2.
