I am a student.I use my computer to word processing,programming and surfing the internet. Which pentium M would be good enough to me, 1.4 G or 1.5 G?

PM-1.3g will be good enough.
Well, I think it depends on your budget...:)

I'm using IBM T40 with PM-1.3G and ATI 7500 display chipset
I can still play some latest 3D game (e.g , delta force..) without delay...
