MPEG-4 轉 VCD 字幕不同步的問題
我是參考這篇教學
http://ms2.ykvs.tpc.edu.tw/~cttlee/tview.php?id=29 轉換過程正常，但播放的時候字幕總是快了一秒多，請問要如何解決此問題？ 使用軟體版本： Virtual Dub v1.5.10 subtitler Plug-in v2.4 TMPGEnc Plus v2.521.56.169 |
