AS5散熱膏要出現了~
美國ArcticSilver製造AS系列散熱膏的這家公司,
近期內將會推出最新產品-AS5散熱膏~ 小弟得到的小道消息... AS的新聞稿~ " AS5 is the second product in our new generation of high-density thermal compounds and has several significant advantages over our previous silver compounds. The polysynthetic suspension fluid is improved. The new mix of non-silicone synthetic oils is more stable than the mix used in Arctic Silver 3. This further enhances the long-term performance of Arctic Silver 5, especially under high-vibration or other difficult conditions. The average particle size is smaller. (Less than 0.45 microns <0.000018 inch) The microscopic thermally conductive particles in Arctic Silver 5 fill the voids between the core and the heatsink more completely to provide improved thermal transfer. The compound is more dense. The sizes of the individual filler particles are designed so that the smaller particles better fill the interstices between the larger particles than with our previous compounds. While most thermal compounds contain 30% to 50% thermally conductive filler by weight, Arctic Silver 5 contains almost 90% thermally conductive filler by weight. The application is easier. Like Ceramique, Arctic Silver 5 is not spread out on the P4 heat spreader. A small dab of AS5 is placed on the center of the heat spreader and the pressure from the heatsink spreads it out to form an air-free minimum bond line. " 與之前產品的比較 11月將推出的最新一代產品 -> 將被取代的前代產品 含銀微導電性:AS5 ->AS3 不含銀無導電性:Ceramique ->Arctic Alumina 註: AS5 & Ceramique都是新一代基於new generation high density配方的東東, 就是用起來會格外的黏啦 :) 所以說AS5應該就是Ceramique再加上含銀的結晶... 效果如何...期待到時候國外的測試囉~ |

家裡散熱膏一大堆了 。有的還沒開封新的又要來,我是忍不住會在敗的:cry:

我也看錯∼ 想說哪來的屁股散熱膏....:jolin: 出來的話,H大弄個團購吧!:D 我是會買來玩的∼:like: 上次買那一大條∼ 自己沒用多少,倒是擠了不少給JEFF跟QUIZ......:) 還有∼物盡其用∼ AS3擠完∼其實針筒裡面還剩一些! 拿個美工刀分屍∼ 刮乾淨!放在小盒子∼ 再把那個黏呼呼的AS牙膏放進去! 攪和攪和∼效果也不賴!拿來做人情挺好用! 南北橋上也很實用∼∼放一陣子以後有夠黏! 連扣具都不用上了....:D |
散熱膏的好壞會影響溫度很多嗎:confused:

就我的使用經驗 答案是肯定的! 不過塗抹的技巧也是得注意 像是有些User會死命的塗上厚厚的一層散熱膏 好像怕用少了,效果會出不來... :jolin: 那樣的行為,就是很錯誤的範例! 當初我自己一部P4的Desk Top機器 把原來出機時廠商塗的爛爛散熱膏擦乾淨 換上跟Huhm兄購買的AS3時 在其他配備完全沒有更動的情況下 哇....溫度至少差了三度! 真是讓我感動不已~~~ :cry: |

差是會差,但不會很多! 但是話又說回來! 像樓上老兄所言∼ 差個三度!就很精彩了! 有時候當機不當機, 就看這三度! 90元一大條的那種牙膏, 跟AS3這些高單價的東西, 差就差在熱量傳導的速度上面, 好的可以傳的快! 盡快把熱導到散熱片上處理掉∼ 爛的∼傳的慢,後果,可想而知∼ 0.9跟7-8∼(單位忘記了∼) 差挺多的對吧?:) 但是如果你有銀星俱樂部老大那種手藝∼ 散熱膏!影響層面會小一點∼ 但是要有那種怪物級的本領∼ 你得跟他一樣有那些設備才行∼:jolin: |
