DDD 換貨問題求助
 

各位先進麻煩幫我一下
日前在DDD買了The Door 和T2 Extrame 版
結果都有封面損壞的情形
我寫信到[email protected] 去問
而且附上照片
不過他回信說

We are unsure of what the problem is. We are unable to view images here. Please send an email with what the problem is with your order.

如果我要用描述的要怎麼寫呢 謝謝各位

這樣寫應該夠清楚了：

Dear Customer Service,

I just received two DVD movies, "The Door" and "Terminator 2" ordered(order # xxxxxx) earlier. Unfortunately both DVD cases were damaged during shipment, and I would like to exchange them as soon as possible. Please let me know how.

Thanks for your help.

剛剛查 一下DDD的return policy，只要在30天之內寄回去即可更換，一併附上return label，即收據的背面，及說明更換理由。

剛已經MAIL過去了 順便再把照片寄過去看看
看看他們怎麼回覆摟 有沒有可能直接寄新的來阿...:P

The Door是先收到的 想說這片才8 塊左右
而且DVD本身也沒問題 本來打算不換的

後來收到T2 結果也發生網友普遍發生的鐵盒刮傷的情形
才想說乾脆反應一下好了

另外請問一下這樣寄兩片大概要多少阿
