Good Luck DVD is out; quality is up to standard but not the top; it is decess-ed from the r2 ( I guess), not from TV recording; SP & Japanese subtitle are both included.

I don't if they are selling on street or only internet where I got from.

according to kiwi's website, the dvd wiil exclusive sale only on internet "for the first 1 month", then you can buy it in retail channel.
If you are patient enough, I suggest you can wait for one moth, I think it would be much cheaper then...
