剛剛突然有個奇想

在法律條文裡明定所謂的真品是指同一樣產品
但是若我們作一個細分
如同樣的 the lord of ring r1
the lord of ring r3
此時便成為違法

但是若是這樣的情形
the lord of ring spedition r1
除非台灣的代理商也出了所謂的
the lord of ring spedition r3此時才違法
如果台灣代理商只有出並部會出 spedition r3
那購買the lord of ring spedition r1 便是合法行為

所以換句話說
除了產品版身的名稱差異外,產品本身必須要與國外版本一模一樣,並且要享有與國外的同樣產品相同的權利,否則當產品出現差異時,"真品"的定義便不攻自破了
