問個分子生物的問題...
 
有沒有人知道
為何即使repressor已經跟 operattor結合
polymerase仍可與 lac promotor鍵結啊?

RNA polymerase剛開始即是與promoter結合
是lac repressor 與operator結合才阻擋了RNA polymerase對
operon的transcription
當有lactose時
repressor才自operator移除
RNA polymerase才能繼續transcribe下面的lac gene
