CPU 使用率一直維持100%

開機後MBM CPU 使用率一直維持100%
工作管理員: 應用程式是空的
掃毒: negative
切斷LAN :一樣 100%
登出再登入: 100% again
why?

I scaled down the level of protection of the Firewall. Then the usage of CPU never exceed 30%
