請問灌directx9會有什麼毛病麼？

看它說灌了後無法移除所以不想灌...

自己本身沒試過.

我是更新了 Directx 9.0 後 開 Explorer 只要有動畫 或是 標題有做觸動開關的指令
我的畫面就會一直閃
真是頭大 請為一下有解嗎？
