how to upgrade Pioneer DVR-A03 to 2x

Help ! as title :

In http://firmwares.co.uk/
Select which file v1.68 or v1.80 or v1.90 to Enable any media to burn @ 2x on DVR-A03/103 ?

Which v1.90 has UPGDVD.EXE and UPGDVDx.EXE , how to use ?

Just click the "UPGDVD.EXE"
then you go!
