如何在Amazon.com砍單
 

我在Amazon.com買一片dvd不小心按了2次"buy now whit 1-click"
要如何把另外一張單砍了?
請各位教我.謝謝!!!

進入your account→view by order→cancel items or orders將多訂的項目刪除

沒有刪除的icon
標題是 open oder
不知道是否有交易成功,我有收到2封寄來的mail上面都有訂單號碼.

mail的內容寫:(好像有交易成功)

再點進去就有了

只有一個"View Order"的icon點進去後也只有一個"Need to print an invoice"
的icon,沒有刪除的icon.

在NOT YET SHIPPED的右邊,有一個Need to cancel an item? 的icon

有沒有看到右上角的『Need to cancel an item?』

我紅色的字是"Shipping Soon":We are preparing these items for shipment and can no longer change shipping and billing options for them

不是"Not Yet Shipped" 右邊沒有Need to cancel an item?
買之前還砍了"魔戒4碟版"
會發生這種是我快暈了.

你那是已經進入寄出的倒數皆段了..即刻發封 mail給amazon看能否阻止她們將東西寄出..要不然就只能等東西到在退了..
