今天收到amazom寄來的片子:D 但是.....片子掉出來了:eek: 而且刮傷很嚴重:(
如果寫信回去反應amazom會怎麼做???

還有信該怎麼寫?是否有哪位大大可以提供一下範例啊:) 拜託!感激不盡啊!
用DC拍下照片一同寄e mail去是否會比較有效果?
有人知道amazom顧客服務的e mail嗎?

在Amazon買東西雖然不一定是最便宜
但是售後服務真的挺好
我的the Hurricane也是寄來的時候脫落而造成許多刮傷
