由於平常不會去注意這些..
突然要用到..也不知從何查起

it is a useful website for school ranking. there are community colleges and universities in the us, community colleges have cheaper tuition but universities have better ranking. you can also go to those univ's website and search for taiwaness student association or something like that, i believe they can help you out.
