川普再出手縮限出生公民權 全面封殺生育旅遊
川普於2026年8月6日再度簽署兩項行政命令， 旨在限縮美國的出生公民權並全面打擊「生育旅遊」。 新命令鎖定孕婦赴美產子以取得新生兒公民權的做法， 並將外國政府外派人員及敵對國家公民子女排除在適用範圍之外。 川普政府強調，6日新簽署的行政命令適用範圍較先前縮小， 並未落入最高法院認定的違憲範圍。第一項命令鎖定「生育旅遊」， 禁止以赴美生子、替新生兒取得美國公民身分為主要目的申請簽證。 白宮國土安全顧問Stephen Miller表示，此舉形同宣告全面封殺生育旅遊。 6月30日，美國最高法院以6票對3票，推翻川普先前限制出生公民權的行政命令。 川普6日痛批該裁決「非常糟糕」，並強調有人把生育旅遊變成一門生意， 美國政府絕不能坐視不顧。 |
