其實TAU網站的資訊很不清楚，我是查到THE FIFTH ELEMENT (SUPERBIT)是On order，其他有的根本看不出他有沒有貨。
再不寄來，只有cancel了。
可是要是Cancel的mail他也不回的話，要怎麼辦勒。

不過我都沒有遇到以上大大的問題~~還算幸運囉!!
不過就是pending很久就是了!!唉唉~~

其中只剩一片茶花女歌劇尚未寄出,看來是缺貨,但tau先行將另一片寄出
只要是寄出的片我都已收到

對於tau的寄片速度我非常滿意
且包裝比起ab sound用心多了

可是,他有通知我已將四片寄出了.
而且前天已經到了

只不過我的仲夏夜春夢脫落,有刮傷想寫信去抱怨並請他補寄.

I had already gottn the partial shipment for 4 of 5 DVD titles of the order #xxxxx I placed. And I found it's a problem here, the DVD xxxxxx is disallocated of the holder of the case, so that the DVD is scrated and affect the playback. Would you please help me to have a replacement on it? Or how I should do on it? Your kindly help will be very appreciated.
