寒舍是東森寬頻電信Cable Modem的消費者之一，最近因為看到其他前輩們發起的兩項反對東森Cable Modem違約認證運動！http://www.pczone.com.tw/showthread.php?s=&threadid=108839
想轉換ISP，剛才試了一下：

唉．．．．．．．請教各位前輩，除了ISNET與東森（adelies前輩說中華電信恢復正常了），不知還有沒有其它ISP將 ICMP 封包檔掉了？？？

尤其是寒舍想申請和信Giga超網路Cable Modem，是否和信Cable Modem也將ICMP 封包檔掉了呢？？？

沒有吧,giga沒有關掉ping功能,剛才試的

什麼是ICMP封包啊????

應該說是ICMP通訊協定．．．．．平常比較少人關心ICMP通訊協定，此回因為「布雷斯特病蟲（32.Blaster.Worm）」等等發作，才比較有人關心ICMP通訊協定，請閱：

..............或許東森是因為「布雷斯特病蟲（32.Blaster.Worm）」等等發作關係開始檔掉ICMP通訊協定，ICMP通訊協定不單是ping功能而已
總之，檔掉ICMP通訊協定在PCDVD數位科技討論區與PCZONE 討論區皆有前輩們開罵，敝人就不贅言了。
敝人相信中華民國不擋住ICMP通訊協定ISP的用心大家看的見..............

可能有部份東森消費者自認為平常都開防火牆就不怕「布雷斯特病蟲（32.Blaster.Worm）」，像這次別人都無法連上微軟網站下載修補檔時，開防火牆就可以幸免於難，可是，平常都開防火牆跟東森Cable Modem認證機制卻不相容，所以敝人也認為東森Cable Modem認證機制就是在惡搞消費者...
