我是覺得原本的句子就有點怪怪的了

Never had as many women receiving college degrees as today.
聽起來比較正常一點
不過拿來在畢業典禮那一天講會比較適合

如果意思是大範圍的指
現代擁有大學學歷的女性比起以前多很多的話
那又有另外一種解釋了
