若用正常的開機片開機到DOS模式下還這樣，在每一台主機也都這樣，那估計應該是那台機器個別的問題了。

I know what's happened!
That's windows XP's problem.
I had already re install XP then into the safe mode to upgrade the firmware.
It's done.
