1. 下載 http://download.pegasys-inc.com/dow...-install-EN.exe
2.安裝
3.將快樂版的 AudioAC3.TSP 放置到C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc Sound Player\plugins 這個目錄中，取代原來檔案。

PS：其實 read1st 文件資料已經說得很清楚了。
