我一開始看了信，有一點搞不清楚他的意思，也覺得這似乎太過"友善"，所以又回了一封信，確認是否真的不用把光碟寄回，結果他們在2個小時內又回函：

case, please keep the duplicate order with our compliments. Perhaps
you know of a local library or organization that may be able to put
these items to use.

我覺得有很大的可能被濫用

我覺得, 國內物流這麼發達, 為何不能作到像美國本土的 Free Shipping!?

雖然消費者省不了多少錢, 但是多一點貼心的措施, 感覺就是不同!!

因為美國物流更發達....:o

Free Shipping 台灣也會有的，只是不是現在....:rolleyes:

說到free shipping 就想到amazon super saver
上星期趁親人回台之前趕緊在amazon下單,並使用super saver,
本有點擔心會因選用super saver會趕不上親人回台的日期,沒想到短短四天就收到,其中還包括一天的星期天,真不曉的如果用一般付費的會是什麼情形.還有tracking numberㄛ!!

其實有時候也跟消費者有關, 逆向思考一下, 如果相同的客服用在台灣, 捫心自問, 有幾家能存活?

如果消費者不改正"貪小便宜"的惡習, 那就根本別指望商家會主動提高客服水準!

將台灣消費者視為一群 "貪小便宜" 的惡習, 這點我並不認同!!

如果台灣消費者真的這麼差, Amazon, DDD, CD-WOW 等國外著名網購大站, 早就將 Taiwan 視為拒絕往來戶!!

千萬不要為國內網站的存活與否, 與需要改善的服務品質硬扯上關係!!

美國郵購之所以 FREE AND 普遍..是因為地大啊..
反觀國內....人口的密及度... 所以... 不大容易...
當然.. 弟仍期待這一天的到來!

隨你愛怎麼說怎麼說, 你爽就好, 可能你周遭的人都比較有水準, 比較神聖吧! 我們這種生活在井市間的升斗小民所看到的跟你的不太一樣吧! 不過我也打從心眼裡希望你是對的, 這樣就更接近大同世界的境界了!
