應該是開車遇到有一個大樹出現，還特別轉彎去撞它

有專利，不代表知道專利法的精神和規定。
大部份工程師的專利是請專利律師來寫的。

正解，而且現在很多科技專利都是屬於職務發明的範圍，要辦專利也是公司請的律師代辦，工程師根本不需要知道專利申請跟專利法怎麼運作的.

那我們在這裡，
既不懂法律，也不懂技術，
會更有資格說別人「超過50歲，沒有資格」嘛？

Jury Foreman in $1B Apple-Samsung Case Owns Patent for Smartphone-Related Apparatus

A video interview by Bloomberg of the foreman of a federal jury in California that awarded over $1 billion to Apple Inc. in a patent dispute case last week is likely to be watched with considerable interest by legal counsel for the losing party, Samsung Electronics Co.

Among other potential issues that could be raised on appeal is whether Velvin Hogan, 67, a longtime employee in the computer hard disk drive industry, had a conflict of interest because he personally owns a patent that could be used in smartphones, the Daily Mail reports.

It's not clear, however, that either Apple or Samsung was ever aware of Hogan's patent for a "method and apparatus for recording and storing video information," let alone made use of it.
