你這樣變成有"一件事"必須跟你確認
少了跟"你"確認的對象
題目雖然是"有件事必須和你確認"
但你要把他想成"我有件事必須和你確認"
這樣比較容易寫出來
試著寫成
There is one thing that I must confirm with you.
如有錯誤，請指正

+1 我的想法和你是一樣的

There is one thing後面可接 that+子句來修飾one thing
that可省略,但樓主那子句中只有動詞和受詞,缺少了主詞
再者,must後面要加動詞原形

整理下來以標準文法來寫的話好像是
There is one thing that i must be confirmed with you.

請教一下 carage大
We need to get one thing straightened out.
就意思上來說也可以通用嗎?

麥克大的寫法感覺很簡潔有力
單字又簡單好用

別陷入中翻英迷思了
很少人在用one thing的
I need to confirm something with you
這樣最簡單了

或是
There is one thing that I must confirm with you.
