store credit改成無法refund
store credit一年後失效(錢不見了)
要用store credit的話只能於下次的訂單支付最多25%
表示你還要花更多錢

Non-refundable credits
A non-refundable credit will be issued for all product replacement request. The credits available in your account can be applied to your future purchases.

Using non-refundable credits
Since non-refundable credits can be used on products only, all other charges (e.g. shipping fees) will be applied to your chosen method of payment. Also, you may only use your DVDSoon credit for up to 25% of the total of the order.

Non-refundable credits are valid for 1 year after it has been issued.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued by DVDSoon.com.

Order cancellation
DVDSoon.com reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time.

DVD soon 真的惡劣, 無法出貨也就算了
store credit 本來就是客戶的錢
哪有不能退錢, PC Home 買東西還有七天鑑賞期呢,
還好我只在那消費一次, 而且也 refund 了
雖然我們英文不好, 但是至少可以發動抵制或警告其他網友, 不要在該網站買東西

我想買不買到便宜的東西倒還好, 店家至少要能退貨,退錢
如果連這一 點都不能做到, 其信用是值得懷疑
買賣東西不也是 "誠信" 二字嗎, 我想連老外的店都可以這樣幹
真是 值的唾棄

他們也是不理不睬..基本上..英文好不好..罵它都是一樣的

不知道是否還是免運費？
既然不能退錢，
想把還到帳戶的餘額拿來買最後一片，
又不想多刷信用卡，
就怕買了還多刷費用，兩個月後又給你砍單，
信用卡的錢給換成dvdsoon的帳戶，
最後給吃掉了......

剛剛又寫了一封信去罵..下面貼的是在同一訂單上面
快兩個月的信件來往內容...可以看到我寫了兩次信去才回我
而回我的內容...跟以前一樣...一副你要嘛就等,不等就砍單啊..
反正我也不會退你錢...

重點就在這..如果credit只能佔25%訂單金額
那也就是說不可能一次買完..
而且為了要買完credit..你一直買..他一直不出貨..
結果它錢越收越多..反正就是不出貨..不吐錢...這樣就慘了

不知為何如此注重消費者權利的國外商家
竟會有如此惡劣的情形
也曾耳聞dvdsoon因加拿大並不完善的消費者保護法律
進而鑽取漏洞,但事實上我也不清楚

國外論壇 抱怨連連
但罵歸罵,似乎也無可奈何

對所有因dvdsoon造成的"受災戶"而言
退費是唯一最合理的選擇
因dvdsoon的商品價格也都調漲
與其在那以25% 的store credit消費
還不如在其他商家購買
價格更便宜,處理更快

而現在竟不能退費
dvdsoon實在太令人失望了 :tu:

會退費..就還好
問題是它現在沒有可以按refund的地方了不是嗎?

是的
現在已經不能退費了
而store credit使用僅能佔訂單總值的25%
我十分相信dvdsoon可能面臨倒閉
無法退費已經不是像他們之前所說的退費功能有問題
而是沒錢退費 :stupefy:
