according to my experiences

the reasons caused these situations happened relied on the attitude of government which is in charge of the situations .

we can bait it . however we got only one shot . once you choose to bait it ... and there is no way to return .
and you take the chance to give a shot then they will know how to fight it back on us ..

the result could be worser than what we got so far .
but it also means that we may win if we do thing right .

the worst case of the result is that we lost everything we got .
the best case of the result may be to prevent a total collapse .

ok up right here is the good news we can hope .
